Located on the districts of Madrid, the Huertas neighbourhood (known as the “Barrio de las letras”) was the area where people who worked in the fields and had no possibility of living in the city lived, but it was also a neighbourhood where the great artists and writers of the time lived, inhabited by such illustrious authors as Lope de Vega, Miguel de Cervantes and Calderón de la Barca.
During this guided tour, students will be surprised to hear amusing anecdotes, numerous quarrels between intellectuals of the Golden Age, the era of swordsmen, the corrales de comedias, the culteranismo or literary flourish, in short, an essential visit to relive and show what was the Spanish Golden Age.
Each school stage is different, so we adapt to the content and language of each course from primary to high school.
